Valentine's Day is just around the bend and Ponte Winery has an amazing Valentine's Dinner weekend await you and your special someone! Two of Ponte Winery's most popular rooms, the Barrel Room and the Reserve Room, have been transformed into a gorgeous and dreamy setting for you to woo your most precious loved one. You will have three different nights to experience Ponte Winery's Valentine's Dinner, you and your loved one will have the opportunity to enjoy a champagne reception featuring butler-passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a delectable four course meal, tasty Ponte wines, live entertainment and a chance to capture your amazing evening at the portrait studio.

Tickets can be purchased in either the Tasting Room of Ponte Winery or on Ponte Winery's website.

Valentine's Day Dinner Menu

Assorted Amuse Bouche Chef's Choice

Appetizer Salad:

Spice local field greens, on crisp flat bread with warm brie and caramelized onions tossed in a pomegranates, Ponte Ariana vinaigrette.

Intermizzo:

Pink Grapefruit and Tarragon Sorbet drizzled with Green Chartreuse.

Entrée:

Surf and Turf Wellington - Natural grass fed Filet Mignon and Lobster wrapped in puff pastry and baked to golden brown; served with candied garlic horseradish cream and a bouquet of vegetables.

Dessert:

Handmade Chocolate Bag's filled with Passion Fruit Mouse and Cream Anglaise and Passion Fruit Coulis.
